Full Price Items
If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your online order, we offer refunds or 110% store credit subject to the following conditions. A returns form is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed to receive a store credit or refund. Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.
Refunds for online orders are applicable to full price items only and will be returned to the original payment method.
All returns will be automatically processed for a store credit unless otherwise arranged. An email will be sent to you with the credit voucher which can be used to purchase a different item(s) of your choice.
ExchangesLost in Lunar accepts exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to send the item back with the returns form filled out and the item & size you wish to exchange the product for listed on the form. If you wish to secure the new item beforehand, please email email@example.com.
Sale Item Returns
Sale items 30% or below are only eligible for a return to store credit
Final Sale Items – Discounts of 40% off or moreFinal Sale items cannot be returned and are not eligible for return, or store credit.
Final Sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be returned for a change of mind. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting firstname.lastname@example.org for any assistance prior to purchasing.
Note that our change of mind policy does not apply to items purchased in a FINAL SALE price
Faulty Item Returns
In the unlikely event that the product received is deemed faulty, the item will be sent to the manufacture for assessment before a refund can be issued. This can take up to 7 days.
Garment Returns Conditions
The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
Any items that have been used for photoshoots or any other marketing campaigns are classified as 'worn' items and will not be accepted as a return.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Lost in Lunar will not be issued with a credit.
All orders should be returned to the address below.
Please note that all goods are your responsibility until they are received by Lost in Lunar. We are unable to process returns that are not received or lost in transit.
