PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday (AEST) and are shipped within 24 hours from the time of placement – excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.
Please note a 1–2-day processing and shipping delay may occur during promotional periods.
Tracking information is sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

We have received an update from the Australian postal service about the ongoing postal strikes for local Canadian postal services. Please select DHL postal services at check out to ensure you have a smooth and uninterrupted shopping service and delivery.
Please see below notice we have received.
"Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada.
As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024.
International items that have already been sent to Canada between 4-26 November will be held securely by Canada Post, however tracking information from Canada Post may not be available at this time.
Once services resume, items will be processed and delivered by Canada Post as quickly as possible. However, customers should expect delays as Canada Post works to manage the volume and stabilise operations."
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We provide FREE express shipping on all Australian orders. We use Australia Post Express and ship out from our Melbourne based warehouse.
Express Post usually arrives within 1-2 business days to all major metro areas and capital cities within Australia.

Lost in Lunar is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We have highlighted some customs websites to refer to before purchasing below.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

SHIPPING ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are listed as pre-order will be shipped immediately once the item arrives in stock.
If multiple items are ordered, then all available items will be shipped out and a separate parcel will be sent once your pre-order arrives.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that the international shipping costs that Lost in Lunar provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia.
It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is not covered by Lost in Lunar.
