Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (AEST) and are shipped within 24 hours from the time of placement (excludes weekends and public holidays).
Tracking information is sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.
We provide FREE express shipping on all Australian orders. We use Australia Post Express and ship out from our Melbourne based warehouse.
Express Post arrives within 1-2 business days to all major metro areas and capital cities within Australia.

All Australian orders are fully trackable. Each transaction will receive a unique tracking code that will be sent to you via email.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales taxes, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and/or state of shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
Lost in Lunar is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We have highlighted some customs websites to refer to before purchasing below.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
SHIPPING ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are listed as pre-order will be shipped once the item arrives in stock.
If multiple items are ordered, then all available items will be shipped out and a separate parcel will be sent once your pre-order arrives.
Please note that the international shipping costs that Lost in Lunar provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia.
It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Lost in Lunar.
